Ordering and Availability

– You may check and correct any errors in your order until you click the “Place Order” button on the checkout page.

– After placing an order, You enter into an obligation to pay for the Product(s).

– You will receive an email from us that your order has been received.

– Where your order is accepted, this will be confirmed by sending you a confirmation.


– Your order will be delivered within 5 working days to the address you specify when placing your order.

– Delivery charge stated clearly according to each destination and weight at time of check out.

– felGuide team will always do their best to deliver before the estimated delivery time.

– Please allow 7-15 working days for custom-made orders, depending on individual suppliers.

Price and Coupons

– Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.

– From time to time the Site and/or the Vendor may run promotions where Coupon codes are offered.

– Coupon codes can only be used once, and only during the period of validity and only  of the relevant Product.

– Coupon codes cannot be redeemed for cash.

Cancellation Rights

– Please send us your order number with the reason for your cancellation within 24hrs to logistics@felGuide.com.

– Please be sure to title the subject as Cancellation and we will do our best to assist you.  

Refunds Policy

– Please send us your order number with the reason for your return to logistics@felGuide.com

– Please be sure to title the subject as RETURN. We will get back to you ASAP.

– Your returns must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

– We accept returns within 7 working days.

– Items must be returned, unused in original condition with all labels and packaging intact.

– Please note you will be responsible for the returned item’s shipping costs.

– You should contact us to give us pickup tracking code and your refund details.

– After we received and accept the return, refund will made by one of those ways:

—–A. Bank transfer to any bank located in Egypt.

—–B. Egypt Post office deposit.

—–C. Phone Recharge – or pay VIA (Fawry – Aman).

– Refunds that less than 100EGP only refunded by Section C above.

– Once Refund is done you will be notified by phone call, SMS, What’s-app or Messenger.

We will not allow the following items for refunds or exchanges:

  1. Software or downloadable stuff
  2. Engraved items
  3. Earrings
  4. Underwear
  5. Lingerie
  6. Socks
  7. Tights
  8. Swimwear
  9. Beauty products
  10. Books

Product information

– Although we are keen to describe Products as accurately as possible through the photographs, it may not exactly reflect the actual detailing of a Product when you receive it.

– If you are in any doubt as to the size of any Product you require, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order.
